Global Cope Index operates a read-heavy informational website. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the Service. • Server logs: standard HTTP access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) • No account registration required • No cookies used for tracking or advertising • No third-party analytics or advertising trackers Crown data, price feeds, and burn records are pulled from public blockchain data (Ethereum) and CoinGecko API.
2. How We Use Data
• Server logs are used for site reliability and security monitoring only • Log data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising • We do not track individual browsing behavior across sessions
3. Cookies
The Global Cope Index website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. We may use essential session cookies for operational purposes (e.g., rate limiting) — these are minimal and do not persist beyond the session.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: • CoinGecko API: Price data for Crown calculations. Their privacy policy governs their data collection. • Ethereum blockchain: Public ledger. All COPE token transfers are publicly visible on-chain. • Vercel: Hosting provider. Their infrastructure may collect standard server logs. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
5. Data Retention
Server logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days. Crown calculation records are stored indefinitely as part of the public project history.
6. Blockchain Data
All COPE token transactions are recorded on the Ethereum blockchain and are public by design. We may display Ethereum addresses and transaction hashes on the website. We do not link blockchain addresses to real-world identities without your explicit consent.
7. Data Security
We implement standard security measures for our web infrastructure. However, no website is completely immune to security vulnerabilities. We encourage good operational security practices for all users.
8. Your Rights
If you are a resident of certain jurisdictions (e.g., the European Economic Area), you may have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us via the official Telegram channel with your request.
